Knox EGA is very excited to have WINTER SONG on exhibit at the Knoxville Museum of Art. Many different embroidery techniques are displayed on the tree. WINTER SONG can be viewed through the holiday season.
Free tickets are required for timed entry (https://knoxart.org/). Parking is free and beside the museum. Our tree is located on the third floor. Masks and social distancing are required for visitor safety.
Scrappy Owl is enjoying the view from the top of WINTER SONG.
Our 2021-2022 officers will be installed via Zoom on December 6, 2020. We will also share photos of our Winter Song Tree which will be on display at the Knoxville Museum of Art during the holiday season. Last but not least, we are excited to announce our 2021 theme for the Fantasy of Trees during the Zoom. Zoom details will be in the November newsletter. Members can join via computer or phone.
Knox EGA is very proud of both of its publicly displayed holiday trees during the 2019 season. ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas was part of the 2019 Fantasy of Trees in support of East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, and our Victorian Christmas Tree is currently on display for its third year at Historic Westwood.
