We officially celebrated our chaper turning 38 at our July 9 Quarterly Meeting. We enjoyed a delicious potluck, honored chapter member Nadine Alexander who was selected as the Regional Gold Thread Award winner, and prepared for the 2014 Share-A-Stitch (in Knoxville.) Fun and Fellowship!
Lambuth Inn, Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, September 20 – 22, 2013
It’s time for fun in the mountains again! Calling all members of the Knoxville EGA Chapter to come to the annual fall chapter retreat. Studio Time will meet Saturday and Sunday mornings. Saturday afternoon will be free time for taking a nature walk, rocking on the porch, napping or taking a drive back to “civilization” for shopping. Just be back in time for dinner! If you have any questions please use the Contact Us form.
Registration fee: $140 for a double room and $200 for a single room (no pre-registration fee was required this year). This includes your room and 5 meals. There will be a $20.00 non-refundable fee for cancellations.
Remember to work on an ornament for our Smoky Mountain Winter designer tree! We also want to donate items to sell in the Hearth and Home Store. Keep working away! Thanksgiving is only 6 months away, and we want to help East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
